Job Description

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department on all personnel matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrange and schedule interviews for potential candidates
  • Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.
  • Prepares new employee files.
  • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Verifies I-9 documentation.
  • Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data within the Human Resource Information System.
  • Helps to maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Experience and Skills
  • 1-2 years experience in the HR field
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience working in project-oriented environment
